At Earthful, we want you to love your sustainable fashion choices, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. We strive to make the process as eco-friendly and seamless as possible to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garments are in original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
